He has earned recognition for providing sustainable, high-end business process solutions, quality leadership development and compelling employee commitment. At the end of 2012 Michael led an initiative to recruit and hire a robust Executive Management Team while implementing a recruiting strategy that will provide a long-term, sustainable talent pipeline.
Currently he is working with CEO’s for two organizations to help them evaluate, coach and develop their management teams and establish a more productive organizational culture.
Michael holds Master of Social Work degree from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston University. He has completed an Executive Human Resources Management program at Babson College.

Phil Lockwood is a career long HR professional with over 4 decades experience contributing to the success of several small and mid- size, local and national, public, pre public and private organizations. Over his career he has advised CEOs and executives on strategic workforce issues, ensured regulatory compliance, provided HR expertise and guidance to leaders and HR staff, and solved many of the HR challenges that face organizations today. Following graduation from Siena College and prior to launching his career in HR, Phil served as a commissioned officer in the US Navy in California and the Western Pacific. He is now consulting with organizations who need interim HR leadership or specific expertise to solve HR challenges.
Jodi Moya, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with more than 15 years experience in leading, designing and implementing HR programs in support of business initiatives.
